Tuition and Fees

**Part-time Pre-K (7:50am - 11:30am) Tuition: $4,500 plus fees

• Pre-payment in full by July 10, 2024 offers a $100 discount (per child, up to three children).
• Part-time Pre-K pre-pay discount is $50.

The Diocese of Metuchen tuition assistance is determined through FACTS Grant & Aid. There is a $40 fee for applying and all applications must be submitted no later than March 31, 2024. 

In June, Immaculate Conception School will notify all families with the total amount of aid awarded, if applicable. The amount will be credited to the FACTS account prior to the first tuition payment.

Students entering grades K–8 in September are eligible. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

All payment options, excluding the one-time payment, are managed through FACTS Tuition Management. Once registered and enrolled with FACTS, families will be billed based on their selected payment option.

Payment in Full

• Due July 10, 2024 paid directly to Immaculate Conception School.
• Discounted tuition rate as shown in above Tuition chart.

Semi-Annual Payments

• Due July 2024 and December 2024. 
• Payments can be made on the 5^th or 20^th of each month.
• A $15 processing fee applies.

Quarterly Payments

• Due July 2024, October 2024, January 2025, April 2025. 
• Payments can be made on the 5^th or 20^th of each month.
• A $50 processing fee applies.

Ten Monthly Payments

• Payments beginning in July 2024 through April 2025.
• Payments can be made on the 5^th or 20^th of each month.
• A $50 processing fee applies.
