Immaculate Conception School offers various clubs for our students. These opportunities provide our students with the sense of community and achievement. Each club receives full support of our ICS faculty/staff and is a wonderful way to build friendships, stay healthy and serve others. Clubs either meet before or after school.
Our 3rd and 4th grade students will have a chance to explore famous artists and develop their own style of art using school materials. Holiday themes will be offered throughout the year.
Art Club will meet with Mrs. Wagner on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 - 4:00pm.

Our 5th-8th grade students will play a variety of board games teaching differing strategies. These games are a great way to exercise the mind that allows for friendly competition and camaraderie.
The Board Game Club will meet with Mrs. Gleason on Thursday afternoons from 3:00 - 4:00pm.

Any ICS student with an understanding of the rules of chess and how to move the pieces can participate.

This class is perfect for new students or students who transferred in and haven’t learned cursive handwriting. Also perfect for those who would like a refresher. Come learn the art of cursive handwriting! Cursive Handwriting Workshop will meet with Mrs. Mish at the times below:
Grades 3-5: Tuesday mornings from 7:30 - 8:00am
Grades 6-8: Wednesday mornings from 7:30 - 8:00am

Develop habits that lead to success in school and beyond! Work Towards Success will help students master organization, tackle long-term assignments and improve time management skills. Weekly meetings will empower students to stay focused and meet deadlines with confidence.
Work Towards Success will meet with Mrs. Pacifico on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 - 4:00pm.

FACT is an executive committee of 7th and 8th grade students that plans opportunities for our 5th-8th grade students to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, enhance and deepen their faith, serve their community and school, and develop leadership skills.
Membership to FACT Executive Board is for 7th and 8th graders and by application only. This is a year-long commitment that will require the dedication and focus of our executive committee members. Any students in 5th-8th grade who are not looking for a year-long commitment, can sign up as desired for the events planned by the FACT Executive Committee. The events will be advertised throughout the year in various ways.
Students will be given the opportunity to develop their journalism skills, creativity, thought-leadership, and teamwork as they work collaboratively to create a rewarding end-product. Students will learn about all areas of publication including, research and interviewing, story writing, proofreading, meeting deadlines, promotion and communication.
An interest meeting for 8th graders will be held in the Fall. Later in the year, Mrs. Mish will reach out to interested 6th and 7th graders to join.
As members of the Yearbook Club, 8th grade students will be tasked with taking pictures at
school events and organizing them in a way that best fits the book layout. Editors
will delegate individuals to complete different sections of the yearbook.
